About the role

We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to assist clients in the Cranbourne Region with personal care, community access, and respite support. You will be supporting individuals with a range of needs including personal care, meal assistance, mobility, and companionship-helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life in their own homes.


Your key responsibilities

Our team is looking for a dedicated and passionate Disability Support Worker who can undertake the following key responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care, assistance with dressing, and meal preparation

  • Supporting clients with mobility and transfers

  • Assisting with medication prompts (as required)

  • Engaging clients in community, social, and recreational activities

  • Promoting independence, dignity, and respect at all times

  • Maintaining accurate documentation and communication with the care team



About you

To join the team, we are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in disability or aged care

  • Personal care and manual handling experience (essential)

  • Current First Aid and CPR

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check

  • Driver Licence and reliable transport

  • Manual Handling and Medication Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
