About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Registered Psychologist to join our Melbourne-based team in a full-time capacity.

In this role, you will deliver short-term psychological and wellbeing support to EAP clients through virtual and in-person consultations, while being embedded within an experienced internal clinical team.

About You

To thrive in this role, you will bring:
* Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
* Minimum 2 years' experience in clinical or counselling roles
* Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Experience providing counselling, critical incident response, and case management
* Strong capability in short-term, solution-focused interventions
* Experience with Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) (highly regarded)
* Confidence using digital platforms for consultations and documentation
* Excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills
