Candidate Help Desk

Our Client is seeking a professional and personable Medical receptionist to join their dedicated team. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting one specialist doctor and managing the care of 10-15 patients per day in a fast-paced clinical environment.

This team is committed to providing respectful, compassionate, and efficient care, ensuring a smooth patient journey from consultation to treatment. If you have strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and a passion for patient care, this role could be a great fit for you.

About the Role
This is a key position in their clinic, requiring a balance of front-desk professionalism, administrative accuracy, and compassionate patient interaction. You will be the first point of contact for patients and a central link between the doctor, patients, and the wider clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.

  • Coordinate patient appointments, confirmations, and follow-ups.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and uphold strict confidentiality.

  • Liaise between the doctor, patients, and other healthcare providers to ensure smooth communication.

  • Manage incoming phone and email enquiries efficiently and professionally.

  • Support the daily administrative operations of the clinic.

About You

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic manner.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently.

  • Previous experience in medical reception, healthcare administration, or patient services (preferred).

  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality.
