About the Role

This is not a traditional desk-based clinical role. As Clinical Coordinator, you will take ownership of your portfolio, combining clinical leadership with relationship management and business growth.

You will:

• Build and strengthen relationships with clients, families, allied health professionals, and key referral partners
• Identify opportunities to expand services and support business growth across your territory
• Deliver clinical oversight and coordination for complex care clients in the community
• Develop and review clinical care plans and ensure best-practice outcomes
• Provide education, training, and competency assessments to support staff
• Act as a trusted clinical expert and ambassador for Drake Medox
• Manage clinical compliance, documentation, and quality standards
• Travel within Canberra to meet clients and stakeholders.

Who We're Looking For

We want a driven, commercially minded Registered Nurse who is confident building relationships and delivering results.

To be successful in the role, you will possess:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (essential)
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, or healthcare business development OR
• Strong clinical background with demonstrated commercial acumen and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Confidence working autonomously and managing your own portfolio
• Experience in community care, NDIS, or complex care (highly regarded)
