About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Aged Care Support Worker with dementia experience to support a female client in their home in Mooloolaba.

This is an oppertunity to work either part time or full-time hours requiring availability Monday to Sunday, including weekends on a rotating roster. Shifts will vary and may include day shifts, evening shifts, and sleepover shifts.

You will provide personal care and daily living support while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care, grooming, and hygiene assistance

  • Meal preparation and light domestic duties

  • Providing companionship and emotional support

  • Supporting client living with dementia using appropriate care approaches

  • Medication prompts and routine monitoring

  • Maintaining clear documentation and communication with the care team

  • Accessing the community & activities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience supporting clients living with dementia (essential)

  • Minimum 1 years' experience in aged care, home care, or disability support

  • Current First Aid and CPR

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent

  • Driver's licence and reliable transport
