About the role:

Located in Colebee, you will be part of a 24/7 care team supporting our young male client. You will provide full assistance of personal care, medication administration, meal preparation and feeding assistance, manual handling tasks and transfers. An extensive onboarding program will be provided with buddy shifts to help you with your training and education in the client's care routine.

Your key responsibilities

Our team is looking for a dedicated and passionate Registered Nurse, who can undertake the following key responsibilities,

  • Personal Cares
  • Pressure Area Care and Skin Integrity Support 
  • Enteral Feeding 
  • Medication Administration 
  • Understanding and Management of Dysphasia
  • Overnight Comfort Measures
  • Manual Handling Including Repositioning & Transfers
  • Organisation of Stock and Ordering

About you.

To join the team, we are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • AHPRA Registered Certificate
  • Specific Disability / Complex Care Experience (Minimum 2 years experience)
  • Paediatric Care Experience (Desired)
  • Current First aid and CPR
  • Yellow Card/NDIS Worker's Screening Check
  • NDIS Orientation Module
  • Working With Children Check
