Disability Support Worker

Location: Frankston, VIC

Work Type: Casual / Ongoing Shifts/ Regular Shift Patterns

Pay Rate: $40-45/hour

The Role: Disability Support Worker

• Provide full personal care and daily living support within a 24/7 care team
• Deliver clinical support including Bowel Care, Catheter Care & Peg Feeding
• Assist with safe Manual Handling, repositioning and transfers
• Complete Medication Administration and basic household support
• Diabeties Management

What You'll Bring

• Certificate III in Health Care (or higher) (Disability, Aging or individual support)
• Minimum 2 years' experience in disability or complex care
• Current Manual Handling and Medication Sdministration Certification
• Current First Aid and CPR
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check
• Right to work in Australia
