Disability Support Worker (Complex Care)

Location: Brunswick, VIC

Work Type: Casual / Ongoing Shifts/ Regular Shift Patterns

Pay Rate: $39-49/hour

Make a real difference in our clients life while keeping the flexibility to live your own. This role offers monthly rosters based on your availability, along with a structured onboarding program, buddy shifts and paid training so you feel supported from day one - plus hands‑on clinical experience support a our female client, who is living at home with an Acquired Brain Injury in a home setting for 2:1 care.

Must be available for:

• Mondays 7.30am - 3pm
• Fridays 8am - 8pm

The Role: Disability Support Worker

• Personal care and hygiene
• Pressure area care and management
• Bladder care
• Manual Handling (hoist)
• Medication administration
• Full supervision of the client
• Domestic assistance
• Continuous clinical assessment of client
• Support the client with activities at home and out in the community

What You'll Bring

• Being flexible to do 24/7 Rotating Roster
• Previous Acquired Brain Injury experience
• Manual handling experience (essential)
• Personal care experience
• Current accredited First aid and CPR
• NDIS Screening Clearance
• Manual handling certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Medication certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Right to live and work within Australia
• Valid Australian Driver's License
