About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you'll deliver high-quality care to clients in their homes. Your duties may include:

• Medication administration and management

• Wound care and clinical assessments

• Health monitoring and chronic disease management

• Documentation and care planning

• Liaising with GPs, allied health professionals, and families

• Supporting clients to maintain their independence and wellbeing

What We're Looking For

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Recent clinical experience, preferably in community or aged care

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• A compassionate and professional approach to care

• Current First Aid and CPR certification

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

• Reliable transport and driver's licence

• Full working rights in Australia
