About the role:
Drake Medox is seeking fun, enthusiastic and hard-working Registered Nurse within the Bunbury area. Our client in Bunbury, requires an experienced Registered Nurse to support them with their complex care. Our client has limited mobility and a tracheostomy and will require intensive assistance. We are looking for a nurse who is available to work across a 24/7 roster and be available to assist other community clients.
Our nurses will demonstrate teamwork and champion a safe and positive environment for our client and will be guided by a strong Allied Health presence. You will help us manage and maintain strong clinical standards and will be required to support our client in achieving their short and long-term goals.

Our ideal nurse will have proven experience in tracheostomy care, pressure area care and knowledge in Ventilation procedures.

About you

To join the team, we are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Previous Nursing experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Tracheostomy Care (highly desirable)
  • Ventilator Care (highly desirable)
  • Complex Wound Care (highly desirable)
  • Catheter Care (highly desirable)
  • Stoma Care (highly desirable)
  • Personal care
  • Manual handling
  • AHPRA Registration
  • Current accredited First Aid and CPR
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance
  • Valid Australian Driver's License
  • Full Australian Working rights
