About the role


We have a rewarding opportunity available in Adelaide for a Disability Support Worker to join a dedicated care team. In this role, you will provide person‑centred support to an individuals living with a disability, assisting with personal care, daily activities and promoting independence, wellbeing, and quality of life at home and in the community. This opportunity offers regular shifts, strong team support, and a comprehensive onboarding program with buddy shifts to help you settle confidently into your role.


Your key responsibilities

Our team is looking for a dedicated and passionate Disability Support Worker who can undertake the following key responsibilities:


  • Person centred support in line with individual care plans
  • Personal care and daily living support
  • Continence management
  • Medication administration
  • Domestic assistance
  • Working collaboratively with families, care teams, and other professionals
  • Supporting Mobility, transfers, and safe manual handling where required


About you

To join the team, we are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum Cert III in Individual Support or above (or other relevant certificate)
  • Previous disability experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Manual handling certificate
  • Medication certificate
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • NDIS Screening Check
  • Working with Children's Check
  • SA driver's licence
  • We are also looking for someone with great communication skills, who works well in a team, has a caring and supportive nature, and is client-focused.
