Immediate-start casual roles are available across Perth's northern suburbs, with regular shifts across a 24/7 roster. You'll support clients living with autism, acquired brain injury and complex spinal cord injury, providing practical day-to-day care that helps them live safely and independently in their homes and communities.

The Role: Disability Support Worker - Northern Suburbs

  • Provide personal care, manual handling and continence support

  • Administer medication, including insulin where required

  • Assist with meal preparation and daily living tasks

  • Support clients to participate safely in the community

  • Follow individual care plans and provide consistent support across a 24/7 roster

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience supporting clients with autism and behaviours of concern (essential)

  • Previous experience working with Spinal Cord injured clients (preferred)
  • Experience providing personal care and medication administration (essential)

  • Experience with PEG feeding (preferred)

  • Experience with catheter (preferred)

  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support or a relevant qualification

  • Nationally Accredited Manual Handling and Medication certificates

  • Completed NDIS Worker Orientation Module

  • Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable personal vehicle

  • Current Australian working rights
