We are currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our friendly Sunshine Coast team, providing in-home nursing support to clients living in Pelican Waters and surrounding areas.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide in-home nursing support to clients with varying care needs across Pelican Waters.

Duties include:

• Personal care, mobility assistance, and transfers (using hoists or aids)

• Medication administration and monitoring

• Support with meals and hydration

• Observation and management of medical conditions or clinical events

• Accurate documentation and detailed handovers

• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and family members

• Promoting safety, independence, and quality of life within the home

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) qualification and AHPRA registration

• Minimum 2 years' experience in homecare, community nursing, or high-acuity settings

• Experience with post-stroke, disability, or complex care support

• Manual handling experience and competency with equipment (hoists, transfer aids, etc.)

• Current First Aid, CPR, NDIS Worker Screening, and WWCC (or willingness to obtain)

• Excellent communication, professionalism, and compassion

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and sleepovers
