We are currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our friendly Sunshine Coast team, providing in-home nursing support to clients living in Pelican Waters and surrounding areas.

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide in-home nursing support to clients with varying care needs across Pelican Waters.
Duties include:
Personal care, mobility assistance, and transfers (using hoists or aids)
Medication administration and monitoring
Support with meals and hydration
Observation and management of medical conditions or clinical events
Accurate documentation and detailed handovers
Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and family members
Promoting safety, independence, and quality of life within the home
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) qualification and AHPRA registration
Minimum 2 years' experience in homecare, community nursing, or high-acuity settings
Experience with post-stroke, disability, or complex care support
Manual handling experience and competency with equipment (hoists, transfer aids, etc.)
Current First Aid, CPR, NDIS Worker Screening, and WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent communication, professionalism, and compassion
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and sleepovers
