We are currently seeking at least one Japanese-speaking Attendant Carer to assist a client travelling from Australia to Japan in mid December 2025, supporting both physical and emotional needs during travel.

About the Role

We are seeking a casual Attendant Carer to support a participant who requires:

• Travel assistance from Australia to Japan and onward to their hometown

• Support with emotional regulation and navigating travel logistics

• Liaison with the treating team in Australia to understand the participant's needs

This role may involve building rapport with the participant prior to travel and supporting them throughout the journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the participant with travel logistics and personal needs

• Support emotional regulation during transit

• Communicate effectively with the participant and allied health team

• Ensure the participant's comfort, safety, and dignity at all times

About You

To join our team, you will ideally have:

• Japanese-speaking ability (essential)

• Experience working with people with cognitive changes (preferred)

• Capacity and willingness to travel internationally

• Strong interpersonal and emotional support skills
