Registered Nurse (Complex Care)

Location: Shepparton, VIC

Work Type: Casual / Ongoing Shifts/ Regular Shift Patterns

Pay Rate: $60-70/hour

This role offers monthly rosters based on your availability, along with a structured onboarding program, buddy shifts and paid training so you feel supported from day one - plus hands‑on clinical experience caring for a female client with a C2 Spinal Cord Injury with complex needs in a home setting for 2:1 care.

The Role: Registered Nurse

• Personal care
• Catheter care
• Medication administration
• Domestic assistance
• Bowel Care management
• Ventilation/Suctioning
• Full supervision of the client
• Work with Tracheostomy care and management
• Airway assistance and management
• Continuous clinical assessment of client
• Assist alongside the Support Worker with ADL's
• Personal care including skin integrity management and pressure area care
• Support the client with activities at home and out in the community

What You'll Bring

• Being flexible to do 24/7 Rotating Roster
• Previous Spinal Cord Injury experience
• Manual handling experience (essential)
• Tracheostomy/Ventilation (essential)
• Personal care experience
• AHPRA Registration
• Current accredited First aid and CPR
• NDIS Screening Clearance
• Manual handling certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Medication certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Right to live and work within Australia
• Valid Australian Driver's License
