About the role:

Join a supportive team at a reputable aged care facility, providing high-quality care during sleepover shifts (16:00 - 07:30) and day shifts (07:00 - 18:00) You'll play a vital role in ensuring residents are safe, comfortable, and supported.

Responsibilities include (depending on role):

🩺 Registered Nurses (RNs):

• Clinical oversight and leadership

• Medication administration

• Managing care plans and incident reporting

• Overnight clinical assessments

💉 Enrolled Nurses (ENs):

• Supporting RNs with clinical care

• Administering medications (within scope)

• Monitoring residents' health overnight

• Assisting with ADLs and documentation

🤝 Personal Care Assistants (PCAs):

• Providing personal care and hygiene support

• Assisting with toileting and mobility

• Supporting residents with social activities

• Reporting changes in condition to nursing staff

Requirements:

• Current AHPRA Registration (RN or EEN)

• Aged care experience preferred

• Reliable and compassionate approach to care

• Level 3 in Aged Care, Individual Support or Equivelent
• First Aid and CPR
• Manual Handling
• Proof of rights to work in Australia
• Police Check
