With a strong footprint in Brisbane and surrounding regions, they are seeking motivated Occupational Therapists to join their growing team and support a diverse range of clients in the community.

The Opportunity:

You'll be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, delivering community-based therapy to individuals of all ages and abilities through a mix of in-home, telehealth and centre-based services. This is a mobile role with the flexibility to work from home or within their hub locations when not with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and provide intervention for clients with a range of disabilities (NDIS, Medicare, private)
  • Deliver goal-oriented, person-centred therapy focused on increasing independence, function, and participation
  • Assist in the prescription and application for assistive technologies
  • Manage and prioritise a dynamic caseload
  • Contribute to timely reporting and documentation
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients, families, and referrers
  • Participate in internal PD, supervision, and multidisciplinary case discussions

What You Need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration or eligibility
  • Current Working With Children Check (or Blue Card)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Current Police Check
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
