We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers in the Anna Bay, NSW region to provide care and companionship to a client over the Christmas period.

About the Role

We are seeking fun, enthusiastic, and reliable Support Workers to assist a client staying in an Airbnb in Anna Bay.

The client is living with Parkinson's disease and has a high falls risk following a recent fall that resulted in a broken arm. Support is required during the festive period to assist with:

  • Personal care (showering, toileting)

  • Assistance with prescribed exercises to improve strength and mobility

Family members will always be onsite, and there are two friendly dogs at the property.

This is a rewarding opportunity to provide meaningful support during a vulnerable time while being part of a warm and collaborative care environment.


About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 2 years' disability support experience

  • Certificate III in Disability or a relevant qualification

  • Strong personal care experience

  • Current First Aid and CPR certification

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)

  • Right to live and work in Australia

  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence

You'll also bring excellent communication skills, a compassionate and client-focused approach, and the ability to work effectively within a team.


Availability Requirements

  • Start date: Tuesday, 22nd December

  • Shift dates: 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, then every second day from the 27th

  • Shift times: 8:00am - 10:00am (flexible)
