We are currently recruiting Disability Support Workers to provide 2:1, 24/7 support for a male client in his own home in Croydon. If you want to make a real difference and be part of a dedicated care team, this is the role for you.

About the Role
You will provide 24/7, 2:1 support to help our client live a happy, meaningful, and independent life. You'll assist with:
Personal care, dressing, and meal preparation
Community outings and scheduled activities
Building trusting relationships and creating a safe, supportive environment
Supporting his interests in gaming, sports, and social engagement
Our client is kind, caring, and confident, with a great sense of humour. Shifts include mornings, afternoons, active nights, and sleepovers.
About You
We are looking for a Disability Support Worker who is:
Respectful, patient, and professional
Experienced in managing challenging behaviours and mental health support
Committed to enabling independence and supporting community participation
Able to build trusting relationships and create a safe, supportive environment
Key Responsibilities
Personal care experience
Challenging Behaviour Management
Community access support
Domestic assistance
2:1 support
Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required
Previous disability and mental health experience (minimum 1 year)
Personal care experience
Experience managing challenging behaviours
Minimum Level 3 in Disability Support or equivalent
Current First Aid and CPR certification
NDIS Screening Card
