About the Opportunity

Drake International is partnering with a growing Allied Health organisation with opportunities available for Behaviour Support Practitioners and Physiotherapists across Sydney, North Rocks, Wollongong, Nowra, Cessnock, Dubbo and Tasmania. The organisation provides community-based allied health services, supporting individuals to improve independence, wellbeing and participation through evidence-based interventions delivered across home, community, clinic and educational settings.

Working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you'll manage a varied caseload and play a key role in helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes. Behaviour Support Practitioners will work closely with participants, families and support networks to deliver Positive Behaviour Support services, while Physiotherapists will provide assessment, treatment and rehabilitation programs tailored to individual client needs. You'll receive ongoing clinical supervision, mentoring and professional development support, with genuine opportunities for career progression as the organisation continues to grow.
