Drake International is partnering with a growing Allied Health organisation with opportunities available for Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists across Sydney, Wollongong, North Rocks, Nowra, Cessnock, Dubbo and Tasmania. The organisation delivers community-based allied health services, supporting individuals to achieve greater independence, participation and quality of life across the lifespan.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you'll provide evidence-based assessment and intervention services across a diverse caseload. Depending on your experience and preferences, this may include NDIS participants, paediatric clients, adults and complex care needs across home, community, clinic and school environments.

You'll be responsible for conducting assessments, developing tailored therapy plans, collaborating with families and support networks, and delivering meaningful outcomes that empower clients to reach their goals. You'll also benefit from regular clinical supervision, mentoring and ongoing professional development opportunities as part of a supportive and collaborative team culture.
