About the role:

Drake Medox is seeking a Clinical Coordinator (RN) to provide clinical support and guidance to our complex care clients and their support team. The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Developing and reviewing client care plans and clinical documentation;
• Identifying, assessing, and remediating any clinical matters, obstacles and barriers impacting on clients' care;
• Facilitating inductions, education and training workshops for our support staff to upskill and enhance professional development;
• Conducting clinical competency assessments for our support staff;
• Managing stock orders for our clients;
• Reviewing client progress notes;
• Managing clinical compliance for all clients;
• Liaising with allied health, support coordinators and other external stakeholders; and
• Visiting clients regularly using company vehicle

To be successful in the role, you will possess:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (with nil restrictions);
• Exceptional skills in health assessment, planning and goal setting;
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written), organisational and computer skills;
• A Passion for healthcare;
• Caring nature and strong people focus;
• A go‑getter who brings positivity, accountability and initiative and
• An understanding of NDIS/NIISQ and other funding bodies (desirable)
