Our client is a leader in load bearing permanent formwork solutions for external and internal concrete walls. For almost 20 years they have been supplying the construction industry with innovative proprietary wall and framing systems. They are looking to expand their existing team and require switched on energetic Forklift Operators to join their Minto operations.

This role involves a combination of forklift operation, machine operation, manual handling, heavy lifting, and general warehouse duties.

• Machine Operator: 10pm-6am shifts available
• Forklift licence preferred

Candidates must be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment and handling repetitive tasks.

The Role:

You will be required to assist with the general warehouse duties for the day-to-day operation of the manufacturing site.​ Other tasks may include:

• Lifting and transporting formwork products from the production line
• General Labouring as required
• Setting up and operating of machines
• Ensuring machines have the adequate materials available for the shift and any defect stock is reported
• Quality checks on finished product
• Feed raw materials to semi-automated machines
• Fixing issues that might occur during the shift and maintaining activity logs
• Follow production processes and filling in batch sheet

Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• General labouring experience ideal
• Physically fit
• Trustworthy and reliable
• Switched on attitude and a quick learner
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
