Our client is a national manufacturer of fibre cement building products used in residential and commercial construction, with a large manufacturing and distribution site based in Wetherill Park.

We are looking for hardworking and reliable warehouse operators with forklift experience to assist with warehouse and picking duties at a building products warehouse based in Wetherill Park.

This role will involve manual handling and lifting buckets and bags up to 20kg, working either Monday to Friday 5am-1pm or 1pm-9pm.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be working in a hands-on warehouse role assisting with the day-to-day warehouse and picking operations. Tasks may include:

• Operating a forklift to move stock throughout the warehouse
• Picking and packing orders using pick slips
• Manual handling including lifting buckets and bags up to 20kg
• Loading and unloading trucks and pallets
• Assisting with receiving and dispatch of goods
• Following site safety procedures and picking processes
• General warehouse housekeeping and cleaning
• Assisting with other warehouse duties as required

Essential criteria:

• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Ability to complete manual handling and lift up to 20kg
• Previous warehouse experience
• Ability to work either AM shift (5am-1pm) or PM shift (1pm-9pm)
• Reliable transport
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physically fit - can comfortably lift 20-25kg on your own
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test
