We are currently inviting Expressions of Interest for a range of permanent and ongoing casual positions at our busy manufacturing facility located in Matraville, in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. Matraville is approximately 9km south-east of the Sydney CBD and is easily accessible from surrounding areas including Port Botany, Maroubra, Botany and Mascot.

🔹 Production Operators (Plant Support Officers)

Location: Matraville, NSW
Employment Type: Casual Ongoing & Permanent Opportunities Available
Rate: $38.35 per hour + shift loadings & penalties
Roster: 12-hour rotating shifts

Roster Pattern:

• Week 1: 3 shifts
• Week 2: 4 shifts
• Rotating days and nights
• Day: 7:00am - 7:00pm
• Night: 7:00pm - 7:00am

Plenty of overtime available.

About the Role

This is a hands-on manufacturing position supporting continuous production operations. You will report to the Production Manager and Shift Supervisors and work as part of a large operational team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production plant and equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow Safe Work Procedures and site safety standards
• Report safety incidents, near misses and quality issues
• Operate forklifts safely across the site
• Meet production output and quality targets
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives (5S, RCA, Lean activities)
• Support shipping and production requirements, including reasonable overtime

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum Year 10 education
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Valid forklift licence essential
• Basic English communication and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts
• Must pass medical, drug & alcohol screening and police check
• Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold full working rights with no restrictions
• Clear and effective communication skills required

🔹 Forklift Operators - Permanent Positions

Shift: Monday to Friday - AM Shift
Employment Type: Permanent
Overtime: Available

We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to operate 5-tonne and 7-tonne forklifts in a busy manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating 5T and 7T forklifts
• No manual handling required
• Strong safety awareness
• Reliable and team-focused
• Ability to work Monday to Friday AM shifts
• Must pass medical, drug & alcohol screening and police check
• Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold full working rights with no restrictions
• Clear and effective communication skills required
• This is a stable permanent opportunity with overtime available.

🔹 Permanent Maintenance Fitter

Trade-qualified Maintenance Fitter required for a busy manufacturing plant.

Requirements:

• Relevant trade qualification
• Proven maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial environment
• Strong fault-finding and breakdown response capability
• Commitment to safety and preventative maintenance programs
• Must pass medical, drug & alcohol screening and police check

• Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold full working rights with no restrictions
• Clear and effective communication skills required
• Permanent position with strong job security.

🔹 Permanent Maintenance Electrician

Trade-qualified Maintenance Electrician required.

Requirements:

• Electrical trade qualification
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments
• PLC fault-finding experience highly regarded
• Strong safety and compliance focus
• Must pass medical, drug & alcohol screening and police check

• Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold full working rights with no restrictions
• Clear and effective communication skills required
• Permanent role with overtime opportunities.

🔹 Permanent Sustainability Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Manager to lead environmental and sustainability initiatives across the site.

Requirements:

• Professional qualification in Science, Environmental Science, Engineering or related discipline
• Demonstrated experience in sustainability or environmental management
• Knowledge of compliance, reporting, carbon reduction strategies and continuous improvement
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Must pass medical, drug & alcohol screening and police check
• Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold full working rights with no restrictions
