Our client is a trusted healthcare distribution provider with over 20 years of experience in 3PL and 4PL services. They offer tailored solutions across warehousing, distribution, clinical trial logistics, secondary packaging, customer service, and more.

We are looking for experienced Pick Packers to join a fast-paced team, picking pharmaceutical orders with accuracy, focus, and a strong work ethic.

The Role:
As a Warehouse Picker, you will be responsible for accurately selecting pharmaceutical products from stock according to orders, ensuring they are prepared for shipment in a timely and compliant manner.

Monday to Friday - 9am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and prepare pharmaceutical products based on order sheets or electronic systems
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail to comply with healthcare regulations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Assist with stock control and inventory management as required
• Follow all health and safety guidelines strictly

Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience in warehousing, ideally within pharmaceutical or healthcare logistics (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow procedures and comply with regulatory requirements
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential to ensure consistent workflow and meet critical delivery timelines.
• Flexibility to work varying start times and overtime as required to meet operational demands.
• Must be able to complete and pass a full pre-employment screening including:
  • Full Medical Assessment
  • Functional Capacity Testing
  • Drug and Alcohol Screen
  • Police check
