We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses to join an established care team supporting a client with a complex spinal cord injury in The Vines. This opportunity offers regular 24/7 shifts, rosters provided in advance, weekly pay, and paid training, backed by a supportive team so you can focus on delivering high-quality care.

The Role: Registered Nurse
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilator operation (Astral ventilator)
- Bowel management care
- Catheter care
- Manual handling
- Personal care
- Wound care
- Medication administration
- Domestic assistance
What You'll Bring
- Current AHPRA Registration (essential)
- Nursing Drug Calculation competency (essential)
- Previous ventilator experience (essential, Astral ventilator highly preferred)
- Previous tracheostomy care experience (essential)
- Previous spinal cord injury experience (essential)
- Manual handling experience (essential)
- Personal care experience
- Bowel care experience
- Catheter care experience
- Wound and pressure care experience
- Knowledge of Autonomic Dysreflexia
- Current First Aid and CPR
- NDIS Screening Clearance
- Manual handling certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Medication certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum Certificate III in Healthcare or equivalent
