Our client is a trusted healthcare distribution provider with over 20 years of experience in 3PL and 4PL services. They offer tailored solutions across warehousing, distribution, clinical trial logistics, secondary packaging, customer service, and more.

We are seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This role involves operating HR Forklift Operators to pick pharmaceutical orders accurately and safely, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

The Role:
As an HR Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for efficiently operating Forklifts to pick and move pharmaceutical products throughout the warehouse, maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate High Reach Forklift MHE
• Accurately select pharmaceutical products based on order sheets or electronic systems
• Ensure product integrity and compliance with healthcare handling requirements
• Perform regular equipment and safety checks before operation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with stock control, replenishment, and general warehouse duties as required

Essential Criteria:

• Valid LF licence - High Reach and Counterbalance experience essential
• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, ideally within pharmaceutical or healthcare logistics
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to follow processes and comply with strict regulatory and safety guidelines
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
• Flexibility to work varying start times and overtime as required
• Must be able to complete and pass a full pre-employment screening including:
  • Full Medical Assessment
  • Functional Capacity Testing
  • Drug and Alcohol Screen
  • Police Check
