Our client is seeking a reliable and motivated Forklift Driver to support daily operations within their packaging facility. This is a casual Monday to Friday role - 2pm-10:30pm (Monday to Thursday) and 12pm-6pm (Fridays) - perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, operating machinery, and working as part of a supportive team.

The Role:
Working at a well-established glass manufacturing plant in Penrith, you will play a key role in keeping warehouse and packaging operations running smoothly. This is a varied all-rounder position involving forklift operation, manual handling, machine operation and general warehouse tasks.

Your responsibilities may include:
* Operating a counterbalance forklift to move pallets and materials safely around the warehouse
* Packing, wrapping and preparing pallets for dispatch
* Manual handling and general labouring duties
* Fixing and maintenance of damaged pallets
* Assisting with machine operation within the packaging line (full training provided)
* Operation of pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
* General warehouse and storeperson duties to support the team

Essential Criteria:
* Current Forklift Licence with previous counterbalance experience
* Experience in warehouse, labouring or storeperson roles
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
* Reliable and available to work Monday to Friday as required
* Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn machine operation
