Are you an experienced administrator looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a proactive Senior Administration Officer to join a professional services team in Glenelg.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys working with clients, and has the initiative to keep an office running smoothly.
Oversee and coordinate daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and professionalism across all functions.
Act as first point of contact for clients, patients, and visitors, delivering exceptional service and support.
Manage client relationships, including scheduling, enquiries, and follow-up communications.
Provide liaison support between psychologyst, patients, and external providers.
Drive sales initiatives by proactively identifying opportunities to provide additional services to clients.
Support project management activities, including workflow coordination and reporting.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Undertake general administration duties including reporting, correspondence, records management, and financial administration as required.
Previous senior admin or office/practice management experience
Strong communication and client service skills
Proactive with initiative to identify and act on opportunities
Organised, detail-focused, and confident with multitasking
Tech-savvy with MS Office and ability to pick up new systems quickly
Full-time hours, Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm)
